One Source will gladly accept your items for return as long as the following apply:

• Items being returned must be in original packaging and purchased within the past 25 days. If items are damaged, please submit the item number for prompt product replacement.
• Furniture items have a return policy of 15 days in their original packaging.
• Any items requiring assembly and that have already been assembled are non returnable.
• Custom orders or Special order products are non returnable.
• Electronic items may be returned in original packaging unopened within 15 days from date of purchase.
• Customer will be responsible for any freight charges that apply in the return of the item for credit in the event the customer has ordered incorrectly.

Items are credited back to your account as soon as they are received by One Source.
