How can I get free delivery? 
Easy. If you are in our local trading area, then your delivery will be FREE - next day. This applies to orders placed before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday – Friday. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. are processed for 2nd business day delivery. Drop ship orders over $50.00 receive FREE shipping! 

 

 

Out of town delivery
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time are processed for next day delivery. Orders that do not qualify for next day delivery will arrive in 2-4 business days. We reserve the right to determine the delivery method used to fulfill your order. Orders will be shipped / delivered using One Source truck, UPS or FedEx ground. Orders are shipped from One Source Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays.

 

 

What if an order is under $50?
Deliveries for orders under $50 or deliveries outside of our local areas will be assessed a charge based on total weight of the order. Minimum charge is $8.95 for up to 10 lbs. Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective.

Additional charges may apply to orders containing furniture, oversized items, or ship to areas not within normal UPS/FedEx delivery distance from one of our regional warehouses. Additional delivery charges will be applied to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands.
